Requirements/Experience:
* Strong financial skills
* Experience managing accounts receivable and payable
* Excellent excel skills required; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
* Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; the position will include interaction with clients and tutors
* Strong communication skills; must be fluent in English
* Telecommuting possible
* Ability to work from home but pick up necessary materials from the San Francisco office weekly
* Available the 1st , 2nd and 3rd of every month for approximately 16-20 hours (REQUIRED)
* Other 20 hours per month will be split evenly over the other 3 or 4 weeks (approximately 2-2.5 hours per week)
* Undergraduate college degree

Responsibilities:
* Accounts receivable/Accounts payable
* Billing/Invoicing
* Manage incoming checks/payment and bank deposits
* Excel spreadsheet data entry
* Client communication via email and phone including past due follow-up
* Financial reporting and analysis
* Payroll
